We are proud to provide free delivery. However, 5AED will be charged for remote areas' orders.

The item marked with “Flash Delivery” can be delivered in 5days. Standard shipping may take 7-10
business days. However, the delivery time is mentioned on every product detail page.
Do you have limits on how much product I can order?
You can purchase maximum 5 pieces for each product at a time.

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes to it. This includes
updates to

Currently we are shipping in UAE only. We will come in more countries.
What do I do if tracking says my package was delivered, but I never

received it?

Why is my order incomplete?
Items missing from your order may have been out of stock. If a product has a price of 0.00 on your
final invoice, it was unavailable during order fulfillment and you were not charged for it. Please

How will I get payment confirmation?
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via SMS/email within 48 hours
of receipt of payment.
